The chefs are on the spot with everything, very friendly atmosphere and they are welcomed and sitting in great timing

Our first time, not sure how we missed this jewel. tiny, slightly overlooked place but the food and service was amazing. fast and friendly, the server was informatiw and thorough. the food was great, some of the best rice I had and the rest was also delicious. will eat there again.

I worked here 10 years ago and the management/owner change has left it almost identical. we had a good service again today. only went to buy a chip and salsa, having a fav home as snack when the posole was the special, so we had a bite to eat and got some chips to go. I love the chicken soft tacos on flour tortilla and I want to add ranch to the salsa for a beautiful sauce. very nostalgic! very reliable for service and taste! pink is amazing!

I have a lot of experience eating in restaurants, so I have a taste for what is good and what is not. I am also Hispanic/Latina itself, so I know how to prepare authentic Mexican foods, as well as I know how to taste and look. therefore I must say that this restaurant does not serve good Mexican cuisine. it tastes honestly as if it could be dog food. I'm sorry, but I could get better Mexican food in taco bell. so only one warning to real Hispanics/Latinos, no comas en este restaurante si quieres comer comida deliciosa y auténtica. I guess when they are caucasian, they will enjoy eating in la casita, as everything tastes bland (the reason is that the majority of the chefs and the staff are also caucasian.)

Normally I am not one to care for Mexican, not prejudice, just don't care for it. However, with that said I will write a non-biased review. For someone who doesn't care for Mexican food... This restaurant has done an OUTSTANDING job with its service, and its food. The service is quick, the food is quick and hot. Everything tastes fresh, and the waiters/waitresses are very friendly and they work very hard at their jobs. Although I would recommend having a dish for people such as myself who don't like Mexican food, they have decent prices too. 5 out of 5 stars in my opinion.
