Bidra med feedbackAlright place. Rice was a bit under cooked so it was hard and chewy. This place always throws in random meat. I swear i order steak and they throw in some chicken lol. So funny how they kept trying to sell me a menu option number 3. Food slid around in plastic foam trays so wish they had dividers to keep it seperated.
It was alright.. the meat was dry. Not sure I’d go out of my way to eat here again. My son loves the horchata though. Even when I ask for light ice they fill the cup it seems. Now that I read some other bad reviews, I’m hoping I don’t get sick now.
My guest both had a chicken chimichanga and they liked it. I ordered a shredded beef taco salad and it was mediocre at best. For some reason there was way too much liquid in the bottom of the taco shell which made it soggy, and the taste was bland.
My visit was Tuesday, August 16, 2022. 10:30am. Customer service is poor. The lady that attended to me didn't even say hello, she just looked at me with her pen on the order sheet and nodded when she was ready to take my order. The food is not bad, I'll say 3.5/5 The environment is very neat 5/5 Customer service 1/5 Just so you know, the restaurant isn't very good for dine-ins. It is more like a cafeteria where you have to pick your food yourself. The seats are very close to the table, so it's uncomfortable while eating or trying to move around. Food is served on disposable plates, cutlery and cups are also disposable. I think this place is a better option for pick-ups. My dine-in experience wasn't good. Hopefully, they improve.
Had a really bad experience here. We noticed the Chocolate Flan looked off tonight. Asked them to check it. They said it was fine. Went home and there was mold on the flan which if we would have ate it we would probably be in the hospital with expensive medical bills. We let them know over the phone and Yari was extremely rude over the phone and did not even apologize for selling us moldy food. So I drove back down there and they refused to give me a refund and said the manager won 't be back until next week. I asked for the name of the manager and told her I would be back to speak with the manager. After arguing about how rude they were Yari said I don 't see the problem here. I FINALLY GOT A REFUND. Unfortunately I won 't be back here anytime soon because of the bad customer service it was even shadier than the moldy flan. I will be calling the health department tomorrow.
