Bidra med feedbackThis place has gone so much. We wanted to eat and were taken from a manager to the table that wasn't even cleaned... so we had to stop there while he had someone to clean it up... didn't even help him clean it up. Food came fast, but I should not get my order and my chips and salsa/queso and the same time. Had to wait until a server came back. Will you go to Chuy's right now?????
We always enjoyed the Jalapeno Tree. Unfortunately last night Sunday 7/24 our waitress spilled a tray of coke right behind us, accidents happen. Our waitress didn't ask us if we were wet. We used our napkins to wipe the soda off the legs. They are refills tea glasses and spills tea on our table. My handbag sat in the empty chair, I quickly pulled my handbag when tea ran off the table. Our waitress says I get something to clean up, she turns and takes orders from the next table. It comes back with additional napkins and puts a handful of napkins over the top of the spilled tea. After finishing our meal we asked boxes and a to-go iced tea. We leave the table for less than a minute to get ice cream. They threw away my togo container and the togo ice tea, these were the only items that were cleaned from the table. My husband tells our waitress that my to-go box was thrown away, we need an enchilada and a side of rice. She answered that I will have to ask you for it. It seems I've already paid for it. I ordered two enchiladas. I didn't ask for free food, what I already paid. On the hostess station on the way to a manager. The manager in training said he'd talk to the manager. The manager in the training returned with a to-go box. I think it was a complete failure in response to any situation. I felt like I wanted to get something for nothing.
I really like the food here. The service is quite differentiated, but we take care of it. The only reason I leave a review is what I saw when I came together with some friends a few weeks ago. I went to the bar to ask a question of the bar delicately and saw how she put her naked hand over the top of a large glass of tea and used her palm to hold the ice back when she poured the tea into two bar drinks, which were then placed on a prey and sent to her table. I was quite stunned that she had exercised such disgusting hygiene, but even more surprised that she did it before me, as if it were not a big thing and one every day thing. I told my friends I wouldn't order anything from the bar, she used her palm over the glass to pour. they were disgusted and we were all for soft drinks. So hopefully, if a manager should see this, you can have a little chat with your bar staff that if they insist on putting their hands in peoples drinks, maybe you don't do it right in front of customers? or maybe use a shaker instead of hands? Just a thought.
Good food. Good service that remains with its customers. I had the Bo Diddley, juicy fish with Tequila cream sauce and grilled shrimps. Just the right amount of spice. The plate of my wife from a fajita steak, flaute and tortilla soup was also delicious. Very good meal and beautiful atmosphere! We can see why the friends who brought us here often come here!
