Trust the Germans to have in every town several good bakeries, where you can sit down with good coffee and delicious cake or pastry. Arends in Uelsen is such a bakery. They offer a seating area inside and with clement weather also outside. Mostly this kind of konditorei scores an easy four point rating from me. However, the service of Arends in Uelsen was a bit slow and confused, the selection of cakes was limited. Therefore a three point rating. Don 't get me wrong, the coffee was good and the cake delicious.
