Carl's Jr. - Ukiah

I ate here 2 weeks ago and had an amazing Super-Bacon-burger meal. The burger was perfect, the fries fresh from the stove. There was a large screen with sport, a salsa bar, napkins on each table. Wow! I thought these guys got it Two later trips were admitted and the fifteen dollars I just fell on the same meal was terrible. It was a superstar with bacon. I showed the entrance for a double-super-bascon so that they were on another Patty and an additional tepid small fry. The iceberg salad was a ridiculously fat, too big to fit in my mouth, it had regular onion not the Bermuda onion and a kind of Mayo. That's it. I feel demolished. If you're lucky and get the crew that makes it right, remember how Vegas. If you won, there is no reason to return. You won't get a repetition soon.

They have a lot of offers when it comes to the food, the bathrooms are nasty and smelled like pee, the employees need to focus a lot on the cleaning and managing the place. The place can be quite dirty and it’s super boring. If you are a person that judges by looks you are totally right on this case. The Place looks unattractive and ugly on the outside and inside just like the management, sucks!!!

Only placing one star because I can't place zero stars. We placed our order after having to repeat ourselves over five times. Upon arriving at the window it was clear the cashier Charles was so stoned he could barely understand us and kept forgetting things. When we finally got our food we drove home (over 20 miles away) and found that one of our burgers was not even in the bag. Upon trying to call the restaurant in question to complain, we found that their number does not even allow the option to talk to a person. Overall this was a terrible experience and we feel robbed. I not only would not recommend this location, I would actively discourage anyone from EVER going there. Except for Heather. She's awesome.

I see the Carl’s Jr. in Rohnert Park is a same side in Ukiah including the kitchen dining room and bathrooms and dry fruit inside the same outside to look the same this is restaurant is a same size why do you Ukiah in runner Park
