Finally came out and asked if we needed anything and when I said “Yes, may we order sandwiches please?” he rolled his eyes and went and hid in the back again. So, I left and went to the Perkins street Subway and where I was served promptly with a smile.I will never go there again!
I wanted what I have on a sandwich but no bread. I Didn't know how to order it. I just asked for a sandwich with no bread. The girl behind the counter totally humiliated me. I wish she had been more considerate because I have dietary restrictions. The salad as they called was good but service was a mood killer.Dietary restrictions: Staff needs to be trained to be mindful of possible dietary restrictions and more informative rather than treat customers like idiots
Home girl was hella sick working. I felt bad for her. She forgot my cookies but Raul hooked me up hours later to make it right.
I ordered from this location at 4:30 PM via the website. Go to pick it up at 4:55 PM and they 're closing (for a party as specified BY the employee). They were not closed; but closing. Hours are between 9 am 8pm. I asked for a refund and did not receive it. Subway stole $35.64 from me and I don 't think I 'll ever see that money again.
The food is not bad, but the machines behind the counter are so loud that I had to repeat myself a few times for the worker to be able to hear me. The dining area is really dirty, all the tables and benches have dried food splatter that looks like they've been there for a long time, not to mention the stuff on the wall. Also, my sister found a piece of chicken cartilage and some lunch meat in her protein bowl.I don't believe that was because of the workers though, because they changed their gloves for us between the sandwiches and the protein bowl so I believe that the lunch meat was already mixed in with the other meats.Also there is a booger on the wall by the bench closest to the drink fountain ?
