If you think it's ok to sit and wait for one hour to get your food this is your place, this evening they had 4 waiter's and 30 persons to take care of and we found out that they had forgotten us !!! Maybe you should hire better staff instead of amateur's...

Harry’s is a cozy and welcoming pub chain that originated in Falkenberg, Sweden. The menu and food are based on franchise offerings. Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect when I arrived. The decor and menu were quite different from what I was used to. After getting tired of the restaurant at Gekås shopping mall, I decided to try the lunch buffet. Although it didn't look particularly impressive, the flavors were absolutely delicious, and I ended up eating quite a lot! It was fantastic, and my overall impression of the place completely changed. I will definitely be coming back!

We visited this restaurant for a nice burger and steak to celebrate my birthday. It's quite a large venue, often bustling with patrons. Unfortunately, my burger arrived cold, but they promptly replaced it without any hassle. However, I’m deducting one star because they really need to have more staff on hand during busy times, as the wait times were quite long. Just a suggestion for the owner!

The staff should pay a bit more attention to the surroundings to see if customers need anything.

"We're supposed to eat if we ever get our food. There are no other customers here, and it's been 30 minutes since we ordered the burger..."
