Mears Park

As a resident of the Lowertown area, I am incredibly saddened by what has become of this park. It used to be a safe and beautiful space you could walk to with your family, but just like many things, it has changed drastically post Covid. Trash everywhere, homeless people taking up sections of the park to sit around and berate people for money, and don't even get me started on the activity after nightfall. It is NOT safe to walk there alone. It will literally look/sound like a block party from 12am-4am. We have been harassed, chased to our complex with a knife, and threatened due to not having cash. There are needles laying around, people smoking meth in broad daylight and the police will not do anything about it.

Best place on earth, home of water features and jazz features alike! Best place to hang out in downtown St. Paul.

Wonderful little park and lower town that's well utilized for the community

Great park in the city. Free concerts often in the summer.

Had a fantastic lunch hour with music. My Cousin Dallas was a perfect choice! Have them back!
