Enjoyed happy hour tacos and margaritas. So yummy. Service was great.

Good food, most awful, slow, and disregarding serving I have had at a restaurant in years. Took two hours to eat and we only saw the waitress once to order drinks, once for food, and once for her to throw the checks in a pile in the center of our table and run away. We were 100% polite to the situation, but the restaurant was not busy and appeared well-staffed. Wouldn’t go back.

One of my favorite spots in st paul! All of the food is bomb and the drinks even better. Best tortilla chips I have ever had too.

Taco meat was gross Carnitas was a glob of slop, steak was dry appeared to have been cut up for days, chicken yuk. Then the coagulated crusty lime wedges w brown skins. We were amazed everyone working at Barrio thought it was ok to serve this disgusting mess, from the waitress, cook management. Chips salsa were okay. It was 5:30 on a Friday the place was dead. I now know why. I wish I had photos to post. So gross I actually felt a little queasy that night.
