Boston Market - Union

The food that I delivered was terrible, dry and hard chicken. chickens look like it was partly eaten and mangled. excessively salty mac and cheese. I'll never order from here again. food: 1/5

Total disappointment! I came to this place to have a quick dinner before a road trip and was greeted by disorganized workers who didn't wear gloves running around with open tellers during the talk, argue and cough about eating. the manager seemed uninterested in the customer service and focused more on its lack of guidance. my teller and filthy were stuffed by the manager on my tablet as if I were disturbing him. I am not one who knocks the hectic of each one, but I felt totally disrespected and was appalled because of the lack of political compliance. the young employees were very polite and helpful, but this franchise needs better management and structure. not to mention the asphalt of the parking lot is only to ask for a slip and fall klage. will not come back!

Recently ordered from this location and am extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of this location, meal quality and service. I would strongly urge all to avoid this location. The inside was unbecoming of a eating establishment as it did not appear clean. The food quality has significantly dropped off form in the past. The rotisserie chicken was extremely dry. The cornbreads which were always amazing and baked and made from corn are no longer baked or made from corn. Instead they appear to have been done via microwave and from some sort of batter that's used for making biscuits...totally awful. Lastly, the manager on duty did not appear to appreciate my business. I say this because upon asking for dinner plates for a 4-family dinner she claimed she had none and instead gave me cereal bowls and essentially rushed me out the store. Totally regret not supporting another one of the hundreds of restaurants in town.

I haven't had Boston market in awhile n I was craving a meatloaf sandwich and when I got the home it smell funky n tasted weird.
