Plays loud music outside, after hrs, keeping area residents from getting sleep. Don't answer the phone, front door locked. Why do we have to put up with this?

I went to the Beer Garden to listen to a friend play music. We opted to sit inside and were impressed by the excellent service from the bartender and the delicious food. Unfortunately, once we moved outside, we did not see another waitress. The prices were very reasonable, with each person spending between $1 and $10. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a 4 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the hamburger.
