Tiff's Burger Alehouse - Union

Raise a glass in memory of Tiff's, which permanently closed its doors on March 24, 2024. It was one of my all-time favorite local spots, and I'm truly disappointed to see it go.

Once seated, we noticed a man performing live music, and the place seemed relatively quiet. However, we sat at our table for over 30 minutes without any server coming by to assist us or even take our drink orders. I was shocked by the poor customer service and the clear lack of attention to us as guests. Ultimately, my friends and I decided to leave without trying the food, and I doubt we'll ever return. It would be beneficial for the staff to improve their attitude and pay attention to customers. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience after what happened yesterday.

The food was incredible—crispy fries and baby back ribs that were bursting with flavor and made with care. The service was exceptional! The staff frequently checked on our table and were very friendly. The atmosphere was fantastic, filled with wonderful people, and the weekly trivia game is a must-try experience. Overall, I had an amazing time and would give it 5 stars!

Good burgers, fun staff, great time.The place is open and airy, not what I was expecting. Menu is standard, nothing fancy, just the way it should be for a burger joint.The food tasted good. Looking forward to going back at some point.Came back 8/28/22. Awesome staff! Love these people. Server was prompt, accurate and super friendly. Food was great and the atmosphere is still great. We came on a Sunday evening, which was perfect because there werent any bands playing or loud music, just a football game playing on the TV (which i didn't watch), so it was a nice atmosphere.
