Denny's - Union Gap

Went for Father's Day, so of course very busy. If you're over 21, ask to be seated in the bar area; very nice booths with tv to watch. Took 30 minutes to get water for 3 people. Food was ok, just have patience if you go on a holiday.

Food was fine but the service was bad. The place was pretty full as it was early Sunday afternoon. It took a while to get on the list to get seated, and the line was awkward and uncomfortable. After getting seated, it took a while for the server to take my order. It also took a while for the server to bring me the check, and he didn't tell me I'd need to bring it to the front (which was again awkward because of the line to get in).

We were seated in about 10 minutes. When they did seat us they did not even ask for our drinks orders. It took them about another 10 minutes to come back and take our orders for our food and drinks. Then it's took about 30 to 45 minutes for our food to even come to us to us. When the food came our hashbrowns were undercooked and barely warm. While we're eating it took us asking 2 separate people for water. When we went to go eat our food we realized that the silverware we were about to use still had food on it. It took me having to go backup to the front counter and grab silverware from their dish bucket. All around our host and our servers were terrible, this did not seem happy at all to be there and they seem p and angry. After we had been sitting there for about 10 minutes they came to see if we wanted our check we told them we wanted 1 check and they put it for 2 checks after we told them we wanted it on one. After we got the checks we headed up to the front and it took us another 10 to 15 minutes to get someone to come and for me to pay for my order. I have never had worst customer service at any other restaurant. I'd also like to point out that this restaurant was not busy when we got there and it was not busy when we left.

I had a fantastic evening at Dennys. Despite being quite busy, the staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. Our waitress, Melody, was sweet and attentive. The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. I left feeling satisfied and impressed by the staff's efficiency. If you're looking for a great dining experience, Dennys is the place to go.

Multigrain pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs and hash brown. Very good and filling.
