Bidra med feedbackThis place is usually slower than the others I was; I have ordered quite a lot of paintings from here and it is consistent with the longer waiting times. I have ordered personally and via third-party platforms and it was always the same experience. it seems that there is always someone in training (which is completely in order), but a small communication would be helpful. in my last experience they tried to edit a gift card, but did not tell me what was going on. I was standing on the side for a long time, not knowing if I had to do something else and also waited for my reception. I didn't get my quitting when they went on to the next host. I sat and waited awhile and even heard some other guests talking about how long that was waiting for their one drink. the quality was still there - I ordered the matcha brown sugar pearl milk tea that was on the promotion. I think the next time I will order without sugar, quite sweet, also with 50% sugar (which was the second lowest option for the amount of sugar.)
The wait time is atrocious even with 3 employees working! I was 2nd line and the person ahead ordered maybe like 3-4 drinks. I literally waited 20mins. Ridiculous. Going to avoid this locationEdit: just a response to the reply below. I went at 9:15pm on a Tuesday night, I don’t know if that’s considered “peak hours”
I visited the branch recently and the store is newly renovated. It’s clean and the staff is polite. They offer buy 1 get 1 during their grand reopening weekend, and there are specials on other drinks thru out the month.
I always get one of the special drinks so I can vary up the different styles of bubble tea to taste. The most recent one was their February Strawberry Black Tea special. Delicious, though still slightly sugary even though I asked for 0% sugar and 0% ice. Possibly made by syrup but would have been nice to get a heads up about that. Service is quick and efficient. No complaints. Would visit again
One star is worth having to the guy who helped me on the phone. Terrible customer service and extremely failed management!Our company placed an order thru the FANTUAN app, after 18mins we got a message said our order had been canceled by the store, we call to the store to find out what happened. a guy was nice and patient to help me, he suggest me make a re-order again, which the APP unable to place the order. we required to make a phone order for the meanwhile our colleagues had been waiting in the store for 20mins. while we were re-placing the order on the phone, there was a lady beside to stopping our order and told the guy hangs up the phone which she unclearly understand what was the situation. Her attitude was very rude and extremely terrible on the phone with me.Honestly, If she didn 't want to make the sales we would love to help her store to stop an order from now on. however, I felt sorry for this store, if you 're the owner or the store manager one day realized your store is losing sales, please go to ask your Excellent manager Salina .
