Family naan is absolutely the show stopper. Everything tasted really good. Very nice place to eat with the family.

Had dinner it’s a great place with welcoming, nice customer service. Food tastes are nice. Overall good experience.

Suitable for larger companies, groups of friends or family alike. The atmosphere is made for sharing and conversations. Some meals are amazing. Especially the common Indian dishes we eat in the west. It is a lovely place for Indian food. There is always room even for larger companies. But I recommend calling in advance. Quick service and consistently tasty. I have been here 30+ times and will definitely keep going.

As a self proclaimed indian cuisine expert, I can't help but validate the dining experience I had at Akbar's. I went with a lot of my friends so I got to taste different kinds of dishes. All of them had exquisite taste. The restaurant was spacious and had a classy ambience. 10/10 will go again

Akbar's is known to be the best in Glasgow I wasn't satisfied with this statement It being December it was busy with Christmas parties maybe a bit too busy I was seated at the back of the restaurant My order was Fish pakora very good Lamb chops very good Chicken tikka very good Lamb karahi a bit undercooked Chicken karahi good Hakeem wasn't the right colour a bit yellow should be more brown however taste was good. With handful of nans The problem was the slow service which made the food go cold. And with the Christmas parties there a load of noise and the restaurant was full.
