Nice setting — indoor or outdoor on the water. Friendly and efficient staff, great food. 2-for-1 drinks. Wish they had live music!

Upon arrival during a busy night (Naples Christmas Boat Parade), a young man working the hostess stand informed us it would be at least a two to three hour wait for a table when we inquired. A customer behind us informed us he was just called for his table within 25 minutes and also questioned the employee's two to three hour response. I gave my name and number anyway and sure enough, we were called for a table 25 minutes later! Had GREAT service from Paula, food was excellent and atmosphere great. Fortunately for Pincher's, we listened to a customer behind us and not their employee at the hostess stand!
