I am leaving this review because I came in to pick up a to go order and waited 10 minutes, nobody came up and offered to help me. I was picking up and another couple told me that they couldn’t get anyone to help them either. I guess because they added the self checkout line they think they don’t even have to check on their customers which is absolutely ridiculous to me. General management needs to handle the manager around 2-3 pm on Sunday Oct 15. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Awful. 20+ minutes in driver and ten of it I'm sat here with the drive through windows open listening to the crew and manager fight and holler about everything. Go literally anywhere else Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Don’t pay extra for add-ons for your meal cause i promise they won’t add it . i’ve tried ordering in the drive thru and will add stuff to a burrito or ask for sour cream or hot sauce and i never get it. i started trying mobile ordering hoping it would make it easier and i still don’t ever get it, even if it’s a couple dollars extra. don’t think it’s the employees fault necessarily. it just seems to be very understaffed or just under bad management, cause there’s never many people working at a time and it’s always very backed up and they’re out of things every time. they are always willing to make it right if you catch it in time, but my advice is to just not spend money upgrading ur meal and just order it how it comes on the menu Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Came through here today for a quick bite to eat for lunch with the wife and kid. Even despite repeating the order back to us to make sure that they had it right, they still gave both my wife and my kid, the wrong food.
