Some people have been critical of The Vans but honestly it’s not bad. Remember that it is not a fine dining experience but I would best describe it as American food. The service is great. The team really take care of you. Don’t judge the deco...the place has a lot of history. Enjoy the experience.

Nice view; the apertizers were out of this world; loved the chicken satay and stuffed mushrooms, i am definitely ordering them again; the meal itself was ok; but not stellar. But overall considering the experience its a 5 for me next time i would get appetizers and desert.

Vans is always wonderful. We go there when we need a good knife and fork meal. They pour solid drinks. Do t expect fancy but it is exactly what we have lost on the Peninsula over the last 30 years.

Very picturesque sitting on a hill looking down. Perfect location for dates. Food is tasty too. I ordered cheesesteak sandwich the meat are in slices instead of chopped strips. Everyone in my party are blown away with the food they ordered not one is disappointed. Definitely a place to come back to.

Beautiful service friendly and polite. Great place with history and charm. The meat is great here, Filet mignon, Prime Rib. The bar area is also charming! They come there with daylight and have a great view and then come in the evening lights!
