Johnny Rockets - Universal City

I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. The vegan shakes are awful, the meatburgers lack seasoning, and the impossible burger is tasteless. On top of that, everything is way too expensive. To make matters worse, if you pay extra for a fried egg on your burger, it comes out dry with no yolk and no flavor.

Very nice staff. bless all frontline restaurant employees who give consumers the opportunity to enjoy themselves and keep their sacredness! yip these employees more! brot has changed on the burger, I think, but overall great burger.

Food is gross, Horrible customer service. Got my food to go had hair in the food. Tried to do a chargeback and was not able to get my money back for food i couldnt eat. Do not eat here. Very dirty, NOT clean.

My favorite hamburger ever!!!!! So sad they left Puerto Rico. Love JR.
