Pizza Hut - Universal City

First Iris was amazing! I called because I had a question about my order and she was very helpful. When I picked up my order, she was friendly and efficient and made me appreciate as a customer. Secondly, the pizzas were amazing; perfectly prepared and baked. This team is obviously proud of their work. Thank you! We appreciate the hard work!

This restaurant offers the best naked wings, and their pizza is fantastic as well. With so many options available these days, it's nice to find a place that consistently serves great food, hot and fresh. It's quite popular, so be prepared for a slightly longer wait than at some other places. However, I do wish they had more dessert options to round out the meal completely.

I ordered 12 pizzas, 32 wings, and 4 cookies through the Pizza Hut app, placing my order 5 hours in advance. When I arrived to pick up my order, the employee at the counter confirmed they had received it and assured me that everything would be ready. Five hours later, as I picked up my order, I was greeted by my first name with kindness and courtesy, and everything was perfect! A big shoutout to the three employees who assisted me—you all did a fantastic job!

I placed my order close to the restaurant's closing time, and I usually anticipate subpar service from employees during such late-night orders, since I work in the food industry myself and know how hectic it can be. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pizza. Both visually and in terms of flavor, it was very impressive and delicious.
