Ticket Sports - Universal City

There were only a few drinks and my friend recommended the wings. I was a little sceptical, but WOW were good. Certainly, give her food a try.

This is a very ROWDY but FUN neighborhood sports bar when there’s a game on. It’s full of fans rooting for our Texas teams and those that grew up here yet root for the Giants, the Patriots, or the Eagles. And many of those rooting for the non Texas teams were born and raised here. I’ve never understood that. One of life’s many mysteries I guess. Oh well, the friendly (yet rowdy) rivalries add to the fun and excitement of this place. There’s LOTS of yelling back and forth across the bar during a game, but it's all good fun. It’s definitely a fun place to watch a game if you can deal with the rowdy crowds. They’re friendly but rowdy no stranger danger found here though. They have the typical bar eats, cheap draft beer, and a full bar for mixed drinks. I’d give them five stars, but there always seems to be that little chick with a high pitched, nerve rattling, nails on a chalkboard type of voice when I’m there. Her cheers for the Cowboys just seem to stand out above everyone else’s conversations and cheering. OK, although I’m not kidding about that chick (she always seems to be there) that’s not why I deducted a star. They lose half a star because you have to walk through the enclosed smoker’s patio before walking in the front door, and another half of a star because the bartenders turn a blind eye to all of those people who are vaping inside the bar.

I visited on Friday night and enjoyed the beers, and the waitresses were fantastic. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a terrible smell, but I suppose that’s common in many bars. Paige really enhanced my experience with her attentiveness, and Brittany was great as well. I would definitely come back!

"I love coming here to catch a game, enjoy some drinks, and munch on great snacks like burgers and wings. The bartenders are always friendly and skilled at mixing great cocktails. The jukebox is always busy because the crowd here appreciates good music, and there's a wide variety of songs to choose from. Overall, it's a fantastic bar, and I keep coming back!"

This restaurant has a welcoming neighborhood bar vibe with a contemporary twist. The waiter/bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the wine varieties. My burger was delicious, and the portion was generous. Overall, it's great food at reasonable prices. Just a heads up: they prefer cash, or you'll incur a small fee if you pay by card.
