Papa John's Pizza - University City

I absolutely adore this restaurant. My order is always accurate and the staff is incredibly friendly.

The pizza at this restaurant is fantastic, but the majority of the employees are extremely lazy, with the exception of a few hard workers.

I have never been disappointed with this Papa John's location! The staff here are incredible and always on top of their game. They are able to accommodate all of my special requests without any issue. This is the only place I go to for pizza night (or when I forget about dinner and am feeling stressed). Thank you all for your dedication and hard work!

So I have to share this experience. My order was correct, it’s just the app itself lists different ingredients then what the store makes them with. So if bacon isn’t in the ingredients it’s possible that it winds up in your food without you knowing because the store is given a different list of ingredients to complete the order. The rep over the phone explained what he saw on his end and kept it Barney style and offered a redelivery for the misunderstanding. TOP NOTCH. He didn’t have to offer that but it was very awesome he did. This is no fault of the store. He was just fixing an issue and should have been more proactive and I should’ve requested to leave out ingredients just in case.

This situation is always on the point. I need to make a nice ride and get closer up because they're garbage. The S florissant location is garbage. Bad place ever. This place had only 2 ppl working and my order was still at the point. Delicious and looks good as it should. Go on.
