Bidra med feedbackTried to visit this establishment twice during their listed business hours. Both times they were closed. This time I ordered online, they took my money, showed up to locked doors, and the phone number on my order email is no longer in service. Filed for fraud with my bank. I heard great things and wanted to try their food but this was my last attempt.
We online ordered here january 17 around 6:30 pm we went to go pick up our order and the store was completely closed. we called and it said the number was disconnected. we called another number and it just went straight to voicemail. i would understand if we had our money returned to us, but they stole our money. i keep trying to call and no one has answered. DO NOT ORDER HERE UNLESS YOU WANTED TO BE ROBBED. it’s a shame that this happene, but hopefully someone will see this so we can get our money back.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed an order online, through their online ordering system, at 8:40pm, for curbside pickup. I get there right at 8:59pm, and call them. Three calls and nobody answers. I walk up to the door, only for the employee to tell me that they’re closed and then that there’s no pickup order ready. Okay, well I have the order information and receipt in my email so I show him that. He says he’s gonna go look again and try to figure out what’s going on, while leaving me to stand outside and wait in 15 degree weather. He comes back and tells me there’s no order and he can’t give me a refund or anything because he doesn’t know how to work the system. I’m sorry, what? You’re an employee and you don’t know how to work the system there? He responds with “Oh, I don’t even work here. I’m just covering for someone who does. So like you’ll have to come back tomorrow and talk to someone about it.” Are you kidding? You’re an employee but you don’t even work there?? What kind of business is this? Very disappointing.
Ordered a pick up order on my lunch break took my money and got down there and the store was closed. But you accepted my order? Wasted my time, my lunch break, and didn’t get the money back. Won’t be coming back to this place in the future.
