I've always had great service whenever I've visited this place. The staff behind the counter are consistently friendly and incredibly helpful. I've never had a negative experience here, which is definitely a plus!

This isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed this kind of behavior—it's the third or fourth instance—and it’s quite disheartening. I think some changes need to be made. I enjoy coming to this franchise, and I would hate to see it decline due to poor support among the staff.

I've never had an issue at this restaurant before, and the staff is always friendly. However, I went last night for some ice and ended up getting sick. My friend started throwing up after having the ice, and I began feeling unwell a few hours later. We had the ice at around 8:30 PM; my friend started getting sick at 9:30 PM, while I began to feel ill around 6 PM. I just want to raise awareness for both customers and employees. It's important to ensure that food temperatures are maintained properly, and to be cautious with melting or refreezing items. As for customers, please be aware and consume at your own risk!

Truth be told I 'm not an ice cream fanatic, but if it 's Coldstone...ummmm...sign me up! All in! Because it 's top shelf...yassss my fellow Yelpers....I admit it-I think I may just need a 12 step program when it comes to my weakness for SUGAR. But it has to be rich, luscious, creamy, delightful.....the flavor has to dance on my tongue and melt into a cosmic explosion of heavenly bliss that leaves me reaching for ok just one more spoonful and I promise I 'll quit tomorrow ...it never works and I 'm hopelessly addicted. And why not?!!!! YOLO!!!!! That...and because I 'm a bonafide control freak (another 12 step program????...LMAO I love that I can create what my heart desires because sometimes I 'm just insatiable and my appetite yearns for something only I can create?!!! TRUTH! My fav for years has always been the Germanchokolatekake (see photo . I did add more SUGAR (please help me by topping it with whipped cream (fat free-thank you very much and like that helps my situation...LOL and fresh pecans *heart*heart*heart* You 're stuck with me Coldstone. It 's my guilty pleasure. I 'll pay your price. Anything you want. *As I take another blissful spoonful* : And the price shown is for the EVERYBODY 'S serving. I 'm not sure how much ice cream it is. But it 's a big container. When I get my Coldstone fix I stock up so I can treat my fam/friends and hopefully get a couple servings for myself! Yay!

Absolutely amazing service by lacey today! Came by for about 4 people and had no clue what anyone wanted and she helped me create an amazing order! Give this girl a raise!
