Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Upland

It took me 10 minutes to place my order, even though there was no one ahead of me, and to my surprise, I received 2 large fries in my bag. I had to inquire about what I had actually paid for. The portion size was smaller than I have ever seen before. I will not be returning to this restaurant. Please refer to the photo for reference.

I ordered the popcorn shrimp combo. The shrimp were overcooked and tough, the mashed potatoes were smaller portions than before. The biscuits were still delicious.

Avoid this place. They are extremely dirty and careless. I used the drive-thru and was told to wait for the boom, so I parked before moving forward. I am glad I did because I saw how dirty they were. There was a girl taking orders and she used the same glove to touch the doors that were touched by multiple people and then touched the food without changing her glove. I went in to confront her and she lied, saying it wasn't a big deal. I got my money back and will never go back.

This special location is by far one of the worst popeyes chicken restaurants in the environment. the longest the lobby was locked for orders and there was no warning. they have always no different articles, despite the big displays on the windows, and with more than one occasion have forgotten the articles in the orderings, although they have charged the people for them and if they are asked for a refund, the administration seems to have a posture about it.

Went to get a 10 piece they shorted me a breast. I called the manager they didn’t want to make it worth my while to drive back there the next day to get what I asked for was a five piece with 2 breasts. She offered two breast and a leg . I said not good enough for me to drive several miles to get the measly 3 pieces. These people here at this location are not treating the customers the way they should be treated. I’m definitely going to go look for someone else higher up discuss this poor treatment of patrons. I’m pretty sure they purposely omitted the breast because it’s a meaty portion. Slipped me a thigh instead of the breast. Dirty tricks played by unethical people
