Dunkin' - Upper Lake

My children absolutely love this place! My daughter, who is autistic, especially enjoys the ice cream.

The food and coffee here are quite good. However, the man working the drive-thru is not very pleasant. He tends to be curt while taking orders, and his tone of voice is rather gloomy, which comes off as intentional. I stop by every day for my coffee, and he's the only one who behaves this way. I mentioned my concerns to the woman who handed me my food, and she seemed to understand. I even saw him laughing in the back after she left the window, as if he found my comments amusing. When he handed me my coffee, he did so with a hint of sarcasm. This kind of attitude creates an uncomfortable experience. I hope management can address this issue.

I absolutely love this place! I find it difficult to start my day without stopping by here.

I never thought the pre-order from a donut shop was the best of ideas, I swear to be wrong, never tasted so well. I went back through the line to order 12 more! I'll have another donut! And the other food is well made and decent. I putb5 stars, it deserves 7.

The donuts were good but the service was unsavory. I used the app to order the 50 piece Munchkins and a frozen hot chocolate with caramel swirl. I got half the Munchkins and no caramel in my drink. The staff seemed irritated and rude when my son went back in for the other half of the Munchkins we didn't receive. I didn't even bother to mention the drink, it was tasty enough without the caramel. I'll stick to the friendly family owned donut place now. Third visit there and same experience each time.
