Blazes Burgerie Harvey Bay - Urangan

This is a regular takeaway visit for my wife and me. The food is always excellent and well priced. I defy most people to finish one of their serves of fish and chips. My wife and I usually share a serving of sea perch and chips and a hand of calamari which cost around $17. This place is very busy and I would recommend placing a phone order to avoid a 20 minute wait.

Always great fish and chips, locally sourced , and very reasonably priced ,move over red emperor in Noosa this is now the benchmark !

How do you know a place is good? If there are 50 locals waiting outside. Is the fish absolutely delicious and perfectly fried? Hell yeah! Are the chips crispy and perfectly salted? You bet! Should you go there? …come on, we both know the answer. ; Absolutely legendary!

Haven't written a review before but must say I probably should have. I have always had GR8 service and the best fish and chips at Maddigan's. My partner and I decided it was too hot to cook at home. Rang and ordered 2 x Dory and chips. Batter was just right and dory was succulent as usual. Highly recommend you try this for the best fish, no matter which type, in the Bay. It was my turn to do the dishes but here weren't any. Sweet .l

I had a great experience at this restaurant that offers a wide variety of local seafood at affordable prices. I tried the local snapper and chips for only $13.50 and was impressed by the golden, crispy coating that perfectly stuck to the fish. The portion size of the snapper was generous and the chips were also golden, crispy, and well seasoned. I also tried the homemade seafood salad for $5.50, which had a delicious vinegar tang and did not contain any seafood extender or prawns. The lady taking my order had lovely handwriting and was very efficient. Overall, this is one of the best fish and chip shops I have visited.
