Bidra med feedbackWonderful OG local Korean restaurant. The BBQ meats are cooked beautifully so that it’s still tender with pleasing smoky flavor. The BBQ sauce is the perfect blend of sweetness, soy, garlic and a hint of chili. Nothing out of balance. Staff are super nice and friendly. Atmosphere is relaxed and chill. My favs are bbq chicken, kalbi, mundoo, and meat jun.
Just one of those spots that have been around forever, and it’s easy to see why. Free soup before you order, good banchan (except the won bok kimchee, it’s kinda watery), and gargantuan portion sizes for the price. On top of that, all of the entrees that I’ve tried tasted great. All of the people who say that you can’t find good Korean food on Oahu clearly haven’t been here.
