I asked her why the driver didn't call when they arrived, as I asked that she said my number that I called, didn't work. she refused to do anything about it, hanged on me. I contest the transaction got my money back, but the customer service was terrible!
Woah! I don’t often write reviews but when I do…this was possibly the worst customer experience I have ever received. Waited in line for 5-10 MINUTES WITHOUT BEING ACKNOWLEDGED, every person in front of me walked out eventually, and then after asking the THREE PEOPLE behind the counter if they were taking orders that day, was grudgingly helped. But here is the best part-because I was the customer who genuinely inquired if they were going to assist in-store persons, they intentionally made my meal last out of 6 people. So, having paid I was trapped. And, for the record, this rage cage review is written BY SOMEONE IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY.
I ordered a #12..The Beach Club. It is my go-to sandwich. I ordered it and paid for extra Turkey and extra Avocado Spread. It didn't come with either one. It is the 2nd this has happened. I think that I'll be going to a different J.J.s. From now on.
It takes an hour sometimes to get a sandwich from 3 blocks away..... regularly. Jimmy John was the secret sauce, no more though.
Ordered Beach Club for carry out, got neither guac nor turkey. It was indeed a very bland experience.
