Penn Station East Coast Subs

I ordered once I arrived.Told to move to the other end, I was not aware I was to pay on my own.Standing room only.Congested. Food was hot.Ordered Philly cheese steak. Everything was grey. Even the extra banana peppers I asked for.Tasted as expected, but just not anything special.I was a little disappointed.

A bunch of confused looking kids working there. They can't measure out the weight on the meat, they were thin on the toppings. My sandwich LITERALLY looked like just the bun itself. I got all the way back home to find out. Even the tiny amount of meat didn't cover the bread! And the fries I ordered where half cooked. They were the slowest working crew I have ever seen at Penn station. Usually they are high energy and move fast and pile the meat and toppings on. But this penn station had no clue how to make the sandwich or even cook the fries! I won't be going back to that one. I miss the one near my old neighborhood. The cheese oozed and toppings overflowing. I had to start with a fork for the sandwiches I got there. But this place, you get a lot of bread with tiny pieces of meat that won't cover the bread.and little toppings.

Waited for like 10mins before anyone even attempt to greet me. Need better customer service

Sandwiches on point.Fries had been sitting a little too long and could've been fresher.Friendly staff.Fast service.
