I got food poisoning from the pizza at this establishment and was sick for two days. We were just passing through; my husband had borscht, while I ordered the pizza. The pizza had chicken with some rather odd toppings, and I see that's been mentioned in other reviews – it seems they just used whatever they had on hand. Based on the ratings, there's a much better restaurant nearby, and the price difference is minimal. I really regret not walking a few extra meters to eat there instead of in this dreadful place. Hello to the chef!

Don't order delivery; you'll end up without lunch! Provintsiya is just a block away from my workplace. To celebrate a birthday, I ordered four lunches at 12:00 for delivery by 13:00. They told me it would be just 5 minutes. I called 9 times starting from 13:01. Each time, they said someone would call me back and that the car was on its way. In the end, I went to pick up my order at 13:35, but there was no time left to eat. Lunchtime is limited.

We came in for coffee, tea, and dessert. We waited for 45 minutes, but no one brought us anything and we weren't even informed that our order hadn't been started. They didn't apologize either. It left a very unpleasant impression. The young staff should learn about courteous and efficient service for their guests.
