Gasthof Frohberg - Uster

Very pleasant restaurant with outdoor seating and an excellent view. A romantic setting ( I am having to imagine this because I have only been with work colleagues) overlooking the lake and town below. Food very good and excellent ice cream. Portions not too big so you can order 3 courses without feeling over faced or guilty. Can be a little cool outside, especially if windy.

I was there with my family for the birthday. the food was also very delicious, especially the meat on the hot stone was excellent.

We were not in the glad mountain in over 30 years, so it was sure time to try again. the service was very friendly and professional, which looks absolutely stunning. we ordered the business dinner that is a fairer price in consideration of the event, eating, service and environment. the courses are served on large plates and look very nice. the forellenmousse appetizer was delicious as the mandelmousse dessert.

Das Essen war hervorragend und sehr lecker. Es war schwer, sich bei der großen Auswahl zu entscheiden, da alles sehr verlockend klang. Aber das, was wir (5 Personen) bestellt haben, hat allen ausgezeichnet geschmeckt!

Sehr schöner Ort hoch über dem Zürisee. Das Restaurant ist in allen Teilen exklusiv. Für meinen Geschmack etwas teuer. Das Fleisch wird auf einem heißen Stein serviert, dazu gibt es 3 kleine Saucen-Töpfchen und wahlweise Pommes oder Blattspinat, jeweils für 7 Euro. Wir haben nach dem Aperitif eine Stunde auf das Essen gewartet. Der Service war super und sehr freundlich. Es ist ratsam vorab zu bestellen.
