Ordered loaded fries with cheddar, there is hardly any cheddar in it and mainly regular cheese, so the dish does not taste the way it should taste. See screenshot of the menu which states that the dish contains cheddar. There is no mention of the dish containing regular cheese. The cheese has become cold, so you eat strings of cheese instead of smooth cheddar. I called to raise this. The gentleman got angry and said that there was just a slice of cheddar in it, because he prepared it himself, in addition to the regular cheese. That's fine if you make it with a combination of regular cheese and cheddar, but you must make that clear in your description so that the customer knows what he is choosing and is not unintentionally deceived. He got angry, told me never to order from him again and called me a k#nkerh#er before hanging up. See photos for the cheddar and cheese. The order also arrived 25 minutes later, while I saw in the app that the delivery person could ring the bell at any time from 7:15 PM (delivery time). Response to the restaurant owner's message: By portraying me as a difficult customer and making unjustified accusations, are you clearing the way for yourself not to respond to the content of my complaint about the food and to your customer unfriendly attitude: I would like to respond to the content of your message: I looked at my reviews. What you claim is incorrect. 6 of my reviews are positive and 5 are negative. I am always honest, what is good is good. I also point out what is not good. I always do this directly with the restaurant instead of writing a negative review on the internet. I think it is fair to give the other person room for improvement and possibly a solution. Most people respond positively to this, thanking them for the feedback and asking what a suitable solution would be. I decided to write the negative review because you called me a whore. Regarding compensation: I did a search in my banking app. From 2018 to today, I have received 9 (partial) compensations from Thuisbezorgd. 9 compensations in 6 years. For someone who orders food via home delivery once or twice a month, that doesn't seem like much to me. Only 2 of the compensations are close to the date I ordered from your restaurant and are most likely compensation from your restaurant. Both are from the year 2021. I have not received direct compensation from your restaurant, the search in my banking app returned 0 results. I only report if there is something wrong with the food. I don't report anything outside of that. I added screenshots from my banking app to support my story. I am honest and I don't like being accused of things that are not true. The fact that I keep ordering (continued, after the k#nk#rhoer) is because the food is usually good and I am overall satisfied with the food. This is also reflected in the fact that I often order from you (see screenshots). I only report if something is wrong with the food, like yesterday. It's a shame you didn't deal with this constructively.
