Indomitos - Uvita

A beautiful restaurant in uvita, with a very quiet atmosphere. the staff are all as friendly (as most spots in costa rica). for drinking I would suggest the white sangria or the pina colada. for appetizers I would recommend the bruschetta sampler or the hummus trio. the desserts also looked delicious, we were so full of this time. I can't recommend this place enough. pura vida!

Best vegan place in uvita everything was very yummy, service was on point (food came super fast the vegan mayo is delicious! If it wasn’t because it’s closed on Monday and Tuesday, we would have come back!

Many vegan amd healthy choices, friendly staff, beautiful decor!

I went with 7 other people not vegans who loved them. I was delighted, besides that the food did not disappoint, having been more days sure we would have come back. It's time for local time since we got here at 8:00 and we had to run because they closed down, our fault.
