Foxbridge Golf Course - Uxbridge

My car needed a melody, but no biggie. Nice course.

Played yesterday. We showed up at tee off and there was a power cart line up of 8 long to start. Two ladies behind us with pull carts asked what our tee time was and it's the same time as ours?! They got upset and left without playing. Over 4.5hrs to play 18 holes starting 20mins late. Please be more organized. Back 9 was fine we didn't stop for lunch and skipped ahead. Course condition 3/5. It's a cheaper priced course with lots of dead brown on greens and weeds all over some fairways. In May? I really liked the course layout though. Would return if they could just get tee times sorted out.

I'm not one to leave a bad review, but after my experience there today something needed to be said. So to start out the morning we decided to show up early and have breakfast at Scrambles. Ordered the 3 eggs breakfast and the other person ordered the BLT. The food took 45 minutes to come! And I probably wouldn't have gotten it inside of an hour if I didn't tell the server we had a tee time and would have to cancel if it wasn't almost ready. They ended up forgetting the toast.... i didnt even care by that point. I know restaurants get busy, however the place was only half full. So that's out if the way and we decided to grab a bucket for the range, we spoke to the pro shop on Wednesday, and they said the range was open. It's not... they claimed they were short on balls? Beautiful Sunday morning, first one in a while.... and no balls for the range. Moving on! There was no starter. So everyone was backing up at the first tee 8 to 10 carts long. Ended up teeing off 30 min later than my tee time. The course it's self was in pretty good condition. While out on the course, not one beverage cart was seen the entire time. It truly is a shame. Seems like management is failing on all fronts. I won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone either.

NEW GOLF PLAYERS BEWARE!!!!! This golf course is very unorganized and is unwelcoming to women and inexperienced golf players. Overbooked tee times creating a 50 minute delay. Halfway through the first hole, the marshall approaches our group and requests that we play ?best ball?. Multiple groups waiting to tee off at every hole ahead. This course overbooks their tee times and rushes players through the course, THREATENING that if they don?t play best ball, they don?t play at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME COMING HERE IF YOU WANT TO PLAY A FULL ROUND OF GOLF!!!

Played here one week after the government came to its senses and reopened golf. I will say I kind of expected the courses to be a little behind on maintenance but some parts or this course and some greens, if you can call them that as they were mostly brown, were kind of rough. First time here so not sure what conditions were like normally, however the price is good and the course itself is pretty decent, friendly staff, would try it again, just don?t expect everything to be lush green. The turtle is not necessarily indicative of the pace of play however he was on the fairway but moved aside and let us play through.
