Llama Cafe - Uyuni

We were greeted with the best spoken English in 6 months of travel and the greatest smile, untilmark is nothing short of a caffe gott that eat is so fresh and tasty and have that and such a domestic atmosphere is a combination rarely reached. quality craft beer and barista coffee crimpedes at the bar, well presented dishes and a menu with a beautiful botschaft. well furnished and easy to find out outside, feels like they could literally ask for something changed in the menu and if it were literally possible it would be done.

We’ve spend a couple of hours before the departure of our bus after our salt desert tour in the Llama Cafe. Therefore we can say that the coffee, the avocado sandwiches and the selection of local craft beers are great! The owner Bismark is a very cool guy and gave us a lot of advice for Bolivia! Since the cafe just opened we are excited to see what other vegetarian and vegan dishes they will add to the menu!

This place in Uyuni, is just the most lovely place to sit in the sun and get your cup of coffee or eat some of Bismark's vegetarian creations. The owner of this place has dedicated himself to create a spot that balance the abundance of meat restaurants, and succeeds in it very well. We sipped one of his first coffees, it was delicious. Bismark is an alround genius, through his knowledge of the best companies, best ways to travel, most interesting things to visit, we had the chance to see beautiful places and followed a very good tour at the salt flats. Very grateful to know this place in Bolivia!

Traditional and pleasant place. Few options, but they adapt to vegan if you ask. Friendly service. There aren't many alternatives anymore in Uyuni, if you've already been to Minuteman...

I ordered something called quinoa salad (which turned out to not have quinoa at all as a main dish. That includes potato, sweet potato, cheese (very small pieces , tomato, salad and some other vegetables. I also tried quinoa beer. The food was good, but nothing from the other world. However, the attention was superb and I would definitely come back to support the only full vegetarian restaurant in Uyuni.
