Jamba - Vacaville

Although there were many people waiting for their food/drinks, the young man stood at the door and provided prompt and knowledgeable customer service. With as many people as there was waiting I thought it was going to take a while to get my modified bowl but not only was the line in front of me taken care of I had my item within minutes. I cant tell which wasbetter, the food or the service, can't wait to come back, thanks guys ???? Date and time of order: Friday 5/15/20 around5:15pm

I 'm not sure how many years I 've been coming here but today 's experience ruined this location 's reputation for me from here on out. My husband and I ordered two simple drinks, nothing special added or anything, then went outside to wait. Yet for someunknown reason, the man who ordered a single drink after us as well as the couple that ordered their two drinks after him allhad their drinks brought outside to them as soon as their orders were made... while ours sat on the counter for God knows howlong. From outside I stared at the girl standing at the counter who literally stared right back at me and did absolutelyNOTHING. Frustrated and sweating from the heat (while wearing a mask of course), I came inside to see two drinks sitting on thecounter. I approached the counter and again the girl standing there did nothing and said nothing. I turned to my husband as Igrabbed them and said, Well I guess these are our drinks? and we exited the store. Unbelievably horrible customer service!Don 't think I 'll be coming back here even if my life depended on it.

The staff were incredibly welcoming! However, it was really uncomfortable due to the heat inside. When I mentioned to one of the workers, "It's really hot in here, isn't it?" he replied that their thermostat wasn't working and that the situation had been like this for some time without a fix in sight. I felt bad for them; they were so friendly, but working in such heat must be tough. It was difficult for my mom and me to place our drink orders because of the discomfort. Seriously, when we stepped outside to wait for our drinks, it felt like it was at least 85 degrees inside. We arrived around 10:30 AM, and I think getting the thermostat fixed should be a top priority.

We had excellent and quick service at this Jamba Juice. My white gummy smoothie was amazing, and my parents really enjoyed their watermelon blast smoothies. Not every Jamba Juice prepares drinks the same way, so I'm grateful for this one. Two young men were working, and they made all three drinks for us in under five minutes. Thank you!

The pretzels were not very good, but the smoothies and waffles were fantastic!
