Olive Garden - Vacaville

This location proved to be a great choice. I've always liked Olive Garden and this place had excellent service. We were a party of 6 and the server was very attentive to us. We also had a gluten allergy concern (in a place of pasta and bread) and no issuesat all. Very pleased! So involved in the conversations and dining I forgot to take pictures. Highly recommended????

The lasagna had an unedible overcooked burnt layer at the bottom. The eggplant parm was not as good as it has been in the past.

Had Bottomless soup salad tiro platter appetizer sangria watermelon/mango drinks.Had a nice time our waitress was very attentive. Would recommend for a pleasant lunch.

Nicer ambiance than most other olive gardens. Very friendly and kind staff. However, the best food was the soup.Breadsticks were doughy and a bit tasteless, spaghetti and meatballs were very mushy, sauce less flavorful than canned sauces, and a bit slimy. Expected a tad more for the price (at least $18 per plate menu price).

Every time I go here, I always end up ordering the same item. I obviously love it, and it isn't sold at many other restaurants. Unfortunately, whoever cooks it always cooks at a high heat, which causes the sauce to start to curdle. There's also usually not enough sauce in the noodles, which tends to keep them a little dry. Can't help it, though, I really love Alfredo. The never-ending salads and rolls are fantastic. The atmosphere is inviting and homey, and the employees are great! The prices are comparable to other restaurants, but their take-home meals for 5 or 6 extra dollars make up for it, if you take advantage of this special offer.
