Bidra med feedbackI have an order today on the line for over 100 to pick up at 1530 clock. I did this at least two hours before I had to pick up. When I arrived there, the command was not ready and was well told a few minutes that turned out to be another 20 minutes. I checked and it seemed that I had everything, but when I came home, I was a command. when I called the person on the phone, was it that you want to pick her up immediately or later? I'm not, I'm sorry about this note. I bet I would have done this to them, they wouldn't be happy. I will probably go back because there is no other wingstop in vacaville, but I will open the bag in the load and check everything before I go. another 20 minute tail time go back and forth and I'm sorry or even here are a few more wings for our mistake. the customer service is no longer available.
Ordered pickup and got my food quickly. I got a 8 piece mixed wing combo. The wings tasted amazing but I ordered well done cajun fries but they were as usual, cold and floppy not well done at all.
Great wings but gets busy at 9 pm and they only give you the skinny part of the wing i only got one fat part of a chicken wing for my order
WingStop is usually a go to for me, even though customer service is meh. But Umm... My wing still had feathers in it... Not asking to pluck em out one by one, it's a chicken it happens. But at least have the decency to say HMMMMM, MAYBE I SHOULDN'T fry and serve this and MAYBE I SHOULD GET ANOTHER ONE . But that's just me.
The wings are okay but the repeated subpar customer service says alot about the lack of professional culture at this location. It starts and ends on ownerships shoulders.
