Sipapu Ski Summer Resort - Vadito

Since as of today it's not listed here, not sure why not, the store hours are 8am to 6 pm. Would be nice if someone there could update the hours, if not I'll try and remember to do it when at a computer.

We visited in June of 2023 to play a round of disc golf. The course was technical and fun. Be prepared for 20 holes of vertical climbs or throws. Great pro shop with tons of branded gear including stickers for carts and cars. The river was moving quickly when we were there, which really added to the ambiance! Cannot wait to stay on site for our next trip. Will definitely be back in the winter for a day or two of skiing.

This place is the absolute WORST when it comes to service. They ruined the experience for us completely. The front desk workers hate their jobs and it’s clear because they take it out on their guests. I’d rather pay a little bit more money and go to Angel Fire.

Just terrible. Forget about asking for assistance from anyone. One staff member (maybe the guy in charge of the boot rentals? attempted to be helpful, but seemed overworked, literally everyone else from the ski rental guys to the instructors (and their super weird manager were either rude or stoned or both. Boots didn't fit and no one cared. The ski rental guys were rude and disgusting, one announced they had to go urinate (tmi and left, the other flirted with our 12 year old niece. Kevin the ski instructor spoke so quietly no one could hear him, but when you could he was so unhelpful as to be useless. No real instruction, and little patience. Poor management of the lesson area, with general clusterfck chaos, learners from different groups going in all directions. The lesson area is terrible, and no incline so hard to get going, and the beginner hill is very steep and dangerous for beginners, nothing in between. Just so much rudeness, low quality equipment, no safety bars on lifts, and literal feces on a toilet just no. Never going back.

What can I say? Good help is hard to find. I guess the young cashier focused on her phone, no customer service experience, and better off going the extra miles to the next town for a welcoming experience.
