Dawat Pure Veg Restaurant - Vadodara

This place is very close to where I live and we mostly go out here when no body home wants to cook or get out wait for dinner. This place is not so jazzy though after ages they have had there restaurant renovated and now I look forward to go and dine here. We happened to order a home delivery which is as under: 1. Palak Paneer 2. Paneer Kadhai 3. Butter roti 4. Dal Tadka 5. Jeera rice 6. Hyderabadi Biryani So the ordered food was for 5 people, as the quantity of 1 sabji isn't enough for 3/4 ppl and same goes to rice portions. The sabjis where good on taste but very oily and not that tasty where as the dal was good because of the tadka tasted good. Rice was moist and with proper proportion. What I found weird was the Hyderabadi Biryani which was rice covered in green chatni and had sweet noodles in it and some boiled veggies. The Biryani had no specific taste and it felt awful. I would definitely not order that next time. Verdict: Quantity 3/5 Quality 3/5 Taste 3/5

Very pathetic paneer tikka masala , Khatti sabji or sav ussal ki chatni jasa gravy , very very very poor ... with so much oil ...

It was veg without any crisp, and Manchurian also totally burnt

Its a average restaurant, particularly the service is very bad...the people are not at all co operative, they talk with lot of attitude. They have to improve a lot on customer focus.

Went to this restaurant with my mother.. the menu seemed good.. it had a wide range.. ranging from north indian, chinese to south indian.. also items like sev puri, pani puri etc.. the staff was quite helpful.. ambience was good.. lighting was good.. music was soothing..not too loud.. coming to the food..we ordered munchow soup which was tasty.. along with that ordered a veg sabji.. and a paneer sabji.. the quality and the quantity as well was good.. tandoori butter roti had so a lot of butter on it.. rotis were good.. just the edges was half cooked. all in all satisfied..after paying 600.. i'll defnitely wud like to visit again with family n try different items..
