Excellent eating every time we visit Alex was a fantastic server and had all the right answers and suggestions for each one we had.

Our best dining experience of the nights in Vail. What a treat to dine at Vintage. First, the vibe is über chic and fun. We had the best table—window seat overlooking the pretty view of the snow-capped trees, and the sheepskin seat covered chairs (so awesome Our waitress was beyond phenomenal. Adaih was a joy to have as our wait person. She was energetic, clearly loves Vintage, and really appeared to enjoy working with us. The food was incredible—I had cod in parchment with tomatoes and olives, sautÃed mushrooms and crispy brussel sprouts. My husband had beef bourguignon, which he says was amazing. Desserts—sublime avocado tequila gelato—dairy free!! The best best dessert I think I’ve ever had. The texture and taste were pure perfection. Whomever created this in-house recipe is a master creator! Thank you! The spiced carrot cake my husband had, that Adaih said was her favorite—was another winner. All in all, a dining experience we won’t soon forget. Would come back to Vail and dine here in a second! Until next time…..

What a charming and beautiful restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and quick and the lighting is perfect. I only wish we were able to try more things on the menu.
