Urban Poke Valdemoro

The staff was very friendly and the service was great. The quantity is perfect, but we expected the quality of the ingredients to be a little better considering the price (some ingredients were not cold). Also, for the price of the poke, we expected that when customizing them they would have more ingredients that were not extras (the mango, for example, costs €1 more, and thus several ingredients). Most importantly, delicious food and very good treatment. I don't give it the fifth star because of the prices, which, as in almost all of Valdemoro, are excessively high, and the very small size of the portions. The wakame salad is surprisingly small.

Everything has always gone well, the waiters are friendly and the atmosphere is very cool... but when I went today I noticed, as soon as I tried it, that the salmon in my poke was not good. It was lukewarm in temperature, not suitable for raw fish. The flavor was intense (which is different from being smoked) when salmon is characterized by its slightly fishy flavor when fresh.
