Pitched as a quick and easy family restaurant with hungry kids after a visit to the science museum this is possibly the worst dining experience we have ever had. The service was poor, the kids food arrived and was very average to be kind to it and our food didn't arrive for over an hour. When it did finally arrive it as cold and barely edible so we left our food and walked out to find somewhere else. I have never eaten in McDonalds but probably would given the choice over one if these food outlets.
