Excellent. well prepared dishes. Very good deal. all managed by young people who want to work. the Valencian ceviche highly recommended, although all the very interesting dishes.

I've tried the croquette and salmon sufflè, both correct. The star for me has been the tuna with papada, crazy. Very rich cheesecake too. the service is very attentive and close.
