Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I arrived at the restaurant right before closing time, and when I went to the restroom before ordering, I was told it was closed. The person in front of me did not offer any help and seemed cold and unfriendly. It was clear they were not welcoming or accommodating, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. I will not be returning to Red Robin. I felt like I was being treated unfairly.

This is not the Red Robin that you are used to. The waitress struggles to remember orders and the plastic cups cause drinks to become warm. The menu items are easily customizable, but the burgers are not as flavorful as they used to be.

The food and service at this restaurant are consistently excellent. If you're in the mood for a delicious burger and unlimited basket of fries, this is the place to go. I also appreciate the recent renovations that have helped to enhance the restaurant's appearance at the Simi Town Center. It's convenient to have such a great dining option so close to home.

For years here! Do you love food? I recently ordered the pick-up from board to lunch on a working day. I was back to my office and found that I had given the wrong salad? I called and manager, man, was very friendly, professional and promised to make it right. I went back to the restaurant after work to my correct order and manager at this time, female, was just as big as the first. I will return ALWAYS, not only for the delicious food and drinks, but for the EXCELLENT (Dying Art) of customer service???

Do not waste your time? Horrible horrible service? when I told the waiter about the poor service I got a serious attitude to where I thought he almost wanted to fight?some servers (Guy with ponytail)..need to be fired and hire a new group of people that want to work and are happy.. For the cost of everything goes somewhere else you?ll enjoy it much more
