Sharky's Woodfired Mexican Grill

Sharky's at the Valencia Shopping Centre is a family book for us. They have large fresh mex food, with large portions and healthy options. My favorite is the flower flower Pilzquesadilla. It has an excellent taste. I'm not vegetarian.

I really like this place but today they missed part of my to go order. I called and asked for the manager. Chris came to the phone. I explained that for today it was a big deal that they forgot some of my order. His response was aah and then he hung up. WTH.

We tried a bunch of different tacos, with varying degrees of deliciousness. The Korean BBQ Chicken Taco left something to be desired. The BBQ sauce did not appeal to us. The grilled shrimp tacos with fresh salsa from the salsa bar were fresh and quite good. The California style chicken taco was bland and not as flavorful as I hoped. My sister in law got the nachos and were impressively large and well made. Very tasty! I do appreciate that they use non GMO ingredients and everything tastes fresh. Not surewhat the dressing on the side salad was, but I thoroughly enjoyed it.

This is by far one of my favorite restaurants. I have recently heard of this restaurant and am disappointed I have not been coming more often. The food is filling, flavorful and Sharky's really pride themselves in organic food. The staff here is very friendly and more than willing to answer any questions about their extensive menu. I wish there was one closer to me so I could visit more often.

Great place. They have great salad to choose from. The menu is great. The tacos were good but the beans and rice were NOT the best tasting. Stick to the tacos. Great atmosphere. Nice, modern decor. If I came back to this mall, I may or may not return to this place. Great staff.
