The Habit Burger Grill - Valencia

The Habit is just what you'd expect. This place reminds me of the service at Chick-fil-A: polite, friendly, and prompt. The burgers are fantastic and always fresh. The drinks are consistently fizzy; I've never had a flat one there. I do wish the fries were always crispy, though. Sometimes they sit out for a bit and need to be reheated or eaten right away.

I struggled to find a table that wasn't swarmed by flies, and some even landed on my food. I'm not sure why there are so many inside, but it's incredibly frustrating. It seems like a door was left open for far too long.

Online order. I ordered a BBQ chicken salad and asked for avocado. When I came to my hotel room, I realized there was no avocado. There were also no utensils and no napkins. I added photos below. I was at other Habit locations and that was subpar. The staff was also unfriendly.

Delicious! This place offers restaurant-quality food with fantastic service in a fast-food setting! Without a doubt, one of the best burgers I've ever had, complete with all the tasty extras like pepper, ketchup, ranch, and A1 sauce! And let's not forget about the drinks! We sampled the strawberry lemonade and the tropical tea, and they were absolutely delicious!

I love coming to this location and just wanted to leave a quick word of appreciation. Well done and thank you for all your hard work!
