We came with a travel agency. the hotel is really old-fashioned and in a condition of mild decay. they call a 3 star rating, but there are a few problems. the water was not warm, it was more like room temperature or even cold. the bathing after skiing was really unpleasant. the water was rusty when we first came, but after a while it was okay. the rooms were small, without proper light and the windows were not tight, so it was cold in the room in the night. the heating in the room could not be set in any way. the room was generally very dirty and had a strange smell. the leaves were stained. although that was funny, the staff was generally very nice. the room müll can be emptied every day, but they did not bring any new toilet paper when it was missing. the breakfast was good, with a large selection of food. diners consisted of 3 meals. a pasta or something else, a main course (sometimes smaller than the pasta and dessert. in general, eating was really good. overall the hotel needs a restoration and it would not be so bad, I am not a posh person, but the price was quite high for this type of hotel. I wouldn't give it 3 stars, more like 2 stars. they should at least clean their rooms and get the water warm.

The worst experience in Italian. the first day and eating is complete catastrophe. small part, they save on everything they can, no option at all and terrible looking meal times. oily pasta with aubergine and then small 3 millimeter thin meat with the same aubergine! after the full day skiing they expect a beautiful meal and no hungry family. 90% of people don't even eat aubergine, how can they serve, and do not give other possibilities for children! the rooms are simple and small, not a place to ski where they hang and no regal everywhere. hotel inside is just stuck in the communist arra. I guess we'll starve, we also have paid for the dinner service and have to spend all the money for eating somewhere else. do not define what we have paid for, never come back.

Esperienza orribile! L'hotel è molto vecchio, non appena si cammina attraverso la porta d'ingresso si puzza solo fumo. La piccola e sporca stanza: vasca colorata dalla ruggine, arriva l'acqua rossa e anche le tende erano piene di alonie! La TV non funzionava e i letti matrimoniali non sono lì. L'unica cosa positiva era il personale gentile, tutto il resto da dimenticare.

Soggiornato con gruppo di 33 persone. Camere semplici ma calde e pulite. Personale gentile e disponibile in ogni richiesta. Posizione perfetta a due passi dalle piste. Io lo consiglio. Cucina da migliorare. Colazione invece buona e abbondante.
