La Aurora Hotel - Valladolid

Wow! Your hotel is so nice! Your pool is good, the rooms are great, the ambiance is awesome, your staff is even more awesome, your rooftop is beyond awesome and your location is great! We enjoyed staying here and we actually didn't want to leave,...but hey, tickets were booked .. Thank you so much for our great stay!

The first thing you notice about La Aurora is the staff they are so nice and helpful! They do not provide laundry service, but gave me excellent directions to a laundry nearby that did a small load for me for the equivalent of $1.50...USD. My room was clean and large. They provided soap and shampoo, something many hotels in this price range neglect to do. The towels and bed linens also exceeded expectations in this regard. Excellent air conditioning was a blessing in 90+ degree Fahrenheit weather. The water pressure was good and I had plenty of hot water. You can't simply assume you will have all of these things on the road. There is a pool in the center courtyard; I was worried about noise during the night, but heard none. I was also in a room facing the street, but was not bothered by traffic noise. The location was excellent for all of our engagements. The highlight was the delicious breakfast on the roof, served by courteous and attentive staff. Give this place a try and save money at the same time.

Beautiful omelettes with different fillings, large cups of coffee, fruit juice are worth climbing on second floor. Birds are singing, light breeze, what else you may want. Our breakfasts were served by Jesus.

This courtyard hotel is two blocks from the Centro. The rooms are spacious, with good hot water and Wi Fi. Only complaint was the quality of the food at breakfast not so great. But I would stay here again just eat breakfast somewhere else!

This hotel is absolutely terrible and the service is even worse! Our rooms AC didn’t work and we asked for a cancellation so that we could go to another hotel as the temperature is 28 degrees Celsius and extremely humid, they said “that will not happen...” in an extremely rude way. They lost the TV remote control of my room and they also told me that they go and go to sleep without seeing tv... really!!! In addition, the room is dirty, the leaves are polyester and dirty with hair on them... Just a terrible experience. Please do not stay here!!!
